TJ Flex fares are available only for selected one-way & return domestic flights booked on tripjack.com. Multi-city trips and layover flights are not eligible for TJ Flex at present. TJ Flex will be offered on economy and premium economy fares for respective airlines.

Yes, reissuing a TJ Flex ticket is allowed; however, please note that the TJ Flex benefits will not transfer to the new ticket, nor will a full refund be provided for the current ticket during reissuance. Therefore, it is advised that customers cancel their ticket at least 24 hours before the scheduled flight departure to receive a full refund and book a new ticket instead. Also, *please note that the new ticket will not include the TJ Flex service, which will need to be purchased separately if the customer wishes to avail it.

No, if there is any kind of rescheduling or reissue TJ Flex is no longer applicable on the new ticket and the TJ Flex fee will not be refunded. If they want TJ Flex benefit it is recommended to get the full refund from airline and rebook a new ticket with TJ Flex

No, any ancillaries like seats or meals are not covered under TJ Flex. TJ Flex only covers the airline cancellation charge. Refunds on seat, meal, or baggage will be as per airline’s cancellation policy.

No, TJ Flex, whether included in the fare or added as an upsell, will always apply to all passengers on the same ticket.

Unfortunately, passengers cannot upgrade their fare class and keep TJ Flex.

For example, if you purchased a TJ Flex with an Economy ticket and you upgrade it to Premium Economy, the TJ Flex benefits will not be transferred.

We recommend cancelling the current ticket and purchasing a new one with the desired fare class.

After opting for TJ Flex, there are no extra steps for availing full refund on cancellations. Agents can simply raise a Cancellation Request on TripJack and select the passenger for whom they wish to cancel the ticket, the way they normally do. Cancellation must be raised at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure, to be eligible for full refund.

The TJ Flex Fee paid by the customer will be non refundable in all cases.

Yes, partial cancellation is allowed meaning you can cancel for selected passengers or even for a selected flight segment only.

*Please note that refund will be initiated only for the canceled passenger or flight segment based on your cancellation.

Yes, you can initiate multiple partial cancellations and avail full refund. For example, in a booking with 2 passengers, if you initiate cancellation of one passenger first, and second passenger later, in both cases you will receive full refund for specific passengers. Please make sure to raise all partial cancellations at least 24 hours before the departure to avail full refund.

We strongly recommend canceling tickets directly through the TripJack portal for a faster and smoother refund process, as outlined above. If, however, the ticket is canceled directly with the airline due to unavoidable circumstances, the refund will still be processed, provided all other requirements are met.

*Please note that this method may take slightly longer than cancellations done via the TripJack portal. In such cases, kindly contact the TJ operations team and provide the necessary cancellation proof, and we will proceed with the refund processing.

The refund will be processed as soon as the cancellations are done on the TripJack portal subject to the 24-hour cancellation criteria. In most portal cancellation cases, the refund will be processed instantly. If an agent has asked the TripJack Operations team to cancel the ticket offline, the refund will be processed within a few hours from the time amendment is raised.

Customers are not required to submit any documents to get a full refund. However, one must cancel their ticket at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time. In case of direct cancellation with the airlines, airline cancellation time confirmation will have to be provided.

The refund will be processed and credited to the Tripjack wallet of the agent.

Yes! You will continue to earn commissions on TJ Flex Fares the way you do for other fare categories and if the ticket is cancelled, the ticket commission will be reversed. 
But the good news! In addition to your flight commissions, you will earn a bonus Rs. 30 of TJ Cash for every TJ Flex fare booking. And the best news – this TJ cash will not get reversed even if your customer cancels their booking! So, even if the booking gets cancelled, you still get to keep the TJ Cash of Rs. 30!
TJ Cash earned from TJ Flex will be processed by the next working day

TJ Flex fares on Indigo come with very attractive date change options. For date changes made within 76 to 4 hours of departure, an airline fee of ₹499 will apply along with a ₹50 TJ service fee. Changes made more than 76 hours before departure incur only the ₹50 TJ service fee, with no airline charges. 

Please note, TJ Flex benefits will not be applicable on new tickets because of any date change or reissue of tickets.
